 The 6th Annual Heart & Sole 5K, Fun Run (1 mile), and Tot Trot is on Saturday August 8th at 7:30 am at Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia. Runners and walkers of all ages, strollers, and dogs are welcome. All participants will receive a professionally designed t-shirt and will enjoy a post-race festival held at Avalon. USATF Certified 5K, Professional Chip Timing. Peachtree Road Race Qualifier. The race benefits Lionheart, a special needs school and vocational WORKS program, 501(c)(3) organization.

Saturday August 8th 6:30am at Avalon Concierge 

The Heart & Sole 5K at Avalon begins at 7:30 am followed by 1 mile Fun Run (8:30am), Tot Trot (9:00am), and awards ceremony on Saturday, April 25th. Runners and walkers of all ages as well as strollers and dogs welcome. The post-race party will kick off with a complimentary Tito's Bloody Mary and mimosas for race finishers on the Plaza at Avalon. 

Thank you for supporting Lionheart Many of our students & participants with their families and staff will be at the event. There will be items from The LionheARTisans Cottage and produce from The Lionheart Gardens, the school’s organic garden, available for purchase.
