DescriptionInternet Registration has not begun yet. Check Registration Dates in details.Staying in running shape throughout the Winter with our Winter Running Conditioning program. Conditioning will include endurance training, form improvement, warm-up exercises, cool down and stretching core muscles. This program is intended for children in 5th - 8th Grades. Students must be able to run a mile or 12 minutes continuously (whatever comes first) at any speed.Students will participate in endurance runs around town, making their best effort to stay within a group. Students are agreeing to stay until end of daily practices. (Exceptions for specific personal schedule conflicts with other appointments or after school activities), however coaches are not responsible for students that are picked up prior to the end of the practice.
