Join us for the 10th Annual Buddy Run 5K, 1 Mile Fun Run and Buddy Dash!  

Bib chip-timed 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run at beautiful Lake Park.  The 5K will begin at 8 AM and the "Buddy Dash" will be held before the Fun Run for runners with special needs and their Buddies.  The Buddy Run is put on by Congregation Beth Am and benefits Buddy Baseball, a non-competitive recreational league for boys and girls with special needs.  Each player is paired with a “Buddy” to assist the player as needed.  The league fosters friendships and breaks down barriers.  Buddy Baseball is an opportunity like no other for children with special needs.  Not only do the players experience the thrill of participating, they also get to experience team play and camaraderie.

Pre-race packet pick up on Saturday, October 31 from 3-5 pm at the Running Center 14427 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618

Same day registration and check-in begins at 7 am at Lake Park
