Join our 5K Challenge. It’s free. Improve your health and fitness, plus have a chance to win some awesome prizes. Runners and walkers can join in on the 5K Challenge.

Race Packets & Registration:
Race packets and registration will be available under the tent in front of Radiation Oncology - Tejada Center:
Friday, September 18, from 3-5 p.m.
Saturday, September 19 (race day), from 7:00-8:50 a.m. Registration will stop 10 minutes prior to each event.

Race Times:
5 Mile Run: 8 a.m.
5K Run: 9 a.m.
5K Walk: 9:05 a.m.

Step by Step Family Wellness Day:
Family Activities: 8:30-10:30 a.m.
Kids Fun Run: 10:15 a.m.

Parking Information:
Parking for this event is available next to the Anderson Building (northeast corner of Henry Ford Allegiance Health campus) for participants, volunteers and spectators.
Severe Weather:
In the event of severe weather, an assessment will be made by the Henry Ford Allegiance Health Race director and local law enforcement agencies.
The event will be delayed up to 60 minutes, with weather assessments every 15 minutes.
If unsafe conditions remain for more than 60 minutes, the event will be canceled and registration fees will be credited toward next year’s event.
All event materials may be kept by participants.

WHEN:
Saturday, September 19, 2019 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

COST:
One event: $20. Two events: $25. Price includes a moisture-wicking event shirt. Additional shirts are available for $15.

Additional Details:
There is a $100 prize for the overall male and female winners of each event. $50 prizes will be awarded to male and female masters winners of each event. The top three finishers, male and female, in each age division will also be recognized with medals.

14 & under, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-66, 67+
