The 41st Annual Spirit Run is scheduled for Sunday, March 16, 2025 at Fashion Island in Newport Beach. With 9 competitive road races, and the 5k Family Walk, Family Mile, and Toddler Trot, Spirit Run offers running and walking events for every age (toddlers to grandparents) and every fitness level (casual to elite). Spirit Run even includes your canine BFF with the Dog Mile, in which humans age 13 & older run or walk with their dogs.
Competitive adult races include the Open* and Masters Mile*, Elite Mile*, Dog Mile, and Adult 5k. Competitive youth races include the Youth 5k (high school age and younger), age based, 1/4, 1/2, and 1- mile races for ages 4 - 18, and Dog Mile for age 13 & older. Adults and children may race their age appropriate 5k and mile races. Rather than registering for each race separately, they register for the "Combo" and pay a very discounted price for the second race.
All race finishers - adult, youth, and canine - receive a "Spirit" medal at the finish line.
Spirit Run offers "Spirit" shirts as follows:
Online Spirit Shop - Shirts and other merchandise may be purchased, December 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025, from the Online Spirit Shop. Items purchased from the online shop will be shipped to your designated address; they may not be picked up at Spirit Run.

In between the walking and running events, participants and spectators enjoy a Youth & Fitness Expo with food and beverages, a food truck, a cosplay group, live music for all; health and fitness information, shopping, and more for adults; youth activities, including a rock climbing wall, bumper cars, a mini skate park, and more.
