Join Extra Mile Fitness Company and Valpo Parks on Wednesday, July 19th at 5:30 p.m. in Central Park Plaza for a free group run/walk!

This will be a fun family friendly event! Kids are welcome! (Children under the age of 14 must have a guardian present)

Hosted and lead by Extra Mile staff!

What to expect: 

• Pre-run stretching lead by Extra Mile Staff


• Run or walk 3 Miles (distance can be adjusted based on ability)
