What is ICHS?
International Community Health Services (ICHS) is a nonprofit community health center that provides affordable health services to underserved and vulnerable communities in Washington State. We serve everyone who comes through our doors. Every year, ICHS provides nearly $1 million in charity care. For over four decades, ICHS has prided itself in providing multilingual and culturally-relevant care.

What is Lunar New Year?
Lunar New Year is a celebration of the new year in Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Mongolian cultures based on the lunar calendar. Celebrations can take place over multiple days, and often include family get-togethers, large meals, firecrackers, and parades (sometimes with lion or dragon dancing). In the lunar calendar, years are represented by animals over the course of a twelve-year cycle. Most of 2017 falls under the Year of the Rooster. (The other animals are: Dog, Pig, Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep and Monkey.)
