Description

Welcome to Swarthmore’s Home for the Holidays Santa Run (5K).  This race is the kick-off for Swarthmore’s very festive annual event - performances, activities, carriage rides, caroling, and tree lighting.  The funds from the race will help support all of the days’ events.  The Swarthmore Farmer’s market will be open and will be located near the finish line, so please stick around after the race. 

Dressing up to run in Santa gear/apparel is 100% encouraged.  Not dressing up is extremely frowned upon. 

Location:                   
Registration will take place at the Swarthmore Presbyterian Church Parking Lot (727 Harvard Ave).  Opens at 7:45; Race start at 8:45. 

Recognition:              
1st Place Male, 1st Place Female;  AND top three (3) most festively dressed runners.

 Course:               
The 5K course will start at Swarthmore Presbyterian Church and end at Swarthmore Methodist Church (5 Blocks away on Park Ave).  

Entry:                   
Before 11/13/2018: $15.00, On or Before 12/1/2018: $20.00.  Race Day $25.00.
All runners under the age of 22, $15.00 (no matter date of registration)

Amenities:           
Scenic Course through Swarthmore; long-sleeve t-shirt, Swarthmore Farmer’s Market open during and after race (featuring local farmers, merchants, and brewers).  Other Home for the Holidays activities will commence in the afternoon.
Long-sleeved t-shirt only for those who register before 11/13/2018
