What's New

We rebuilt the training plan editor based on coach feedback, focusing on the things that save you the most time when building plans.

  • Copy Workouts — Click the menu on any workout card and duplicate it to any week and day. Choose to add alongside existing workouts or replace them.
  • Unified Editor — Week view, month view, and spreadsheet view are now combined into one editor. Toggle between views without losing your place.
  • Better PDF Export — Sunday races now display correctly with the previous training week. Cleaner formatting and better page breaks throughout.
  • Publish Checklist — A readiness checklist helps you verify your plan is complete before publishing.

How to Use It

Ask us about creating a Coaching Profile.  Once granted coach access, you'll be able to open any training plan and click "Edit Plan." You'll see the redesigned editor with view toggles at the top. To copy a workout, hover over any workout card, click the menu icon, and select "Copy to..."
