Is your running club already on RaceMob? Now you can claim your team and take ownership in minutes.
What's New
We've built a system that lets real team leaders claim ownership of imported team profiles. If your running club, training group, or race team shows up on RaceMob, you can claim it and unlock the full suite of team management tools.
- Discover Your Team — Search for your team on the teams page. Imported teams show a "Claim This Team" badge so you can spot them easily.
- Simple Claiming Flow — Click "Claim This Team," verify your connection to the club, and submit your claim. We review claims quickly to keep things safe.
- Admin Approval — Our team reviews every claim to make sure the right people are getting access. You'll get an email once approved.
- Member Interest — Not the leader? You can register interest, and we'll reach out to help connect you with your team on the platform.
How to Use It
Browse the teams page and look for teams with the unclaimed badge. Click "Claim This Team" and follow the steps. Once approved, you'll have full access to manage your team's profile, create meetups, and invite members.
