Congratulations! If you're reading this, you're half way through the training plan!
How are you feeling?
Are you taking the time to celebrate your success and perseverance? 
Whether this is your first Half Marathon or your first in a while, it's not going to be easy. Life doesn't stop as our training ramps up. The days don't magically get longer so that you have time to train, sleep and keep up with all of the other balls that you're juggling.

So take the time to check in with yourself. Grab a piece of paper and free-write for a few moments.
- What feels good in your life and training right now?
- What feels hard, physically and emotionally?
- Where do you need to invest a little more attention?
- Where do you need more support, in life or in training?

As we get closer to race day, I will remind you to pay more attention to your fueling, hydration and gear. For now, pay attention to the mental side of things. Remember, to your body all stress is stress. Your body won't differentiate between training stress, job stress and family stress. So it's your job to pay attention and invest the time where you need to, to make sure you're moving forward in the best ways possible.
