Remember, as you increase your activity your fuel and hydration needs are going to increase. If you've never tracked your water intake, be mindful of it this week. Do not worry about changing it. For this week, just be aware of it. Do you drink water first thing in the morning? Do you drink water or carbonated drinks with your meals? What color is your urine?

Are you eating before you workout? How closely to moving your body? Do you have a snack prepared for after your workout? Does your regular diet include a variety of foods? Again, don't worry about changing anything right now. Just pay attention to what you're putting into your body and how it makes you feel.
