The IPA Trail Runs will feature two courses along the shoreline of Folsom Lake with challenge and fun artfully combined and have ice cold IPA locally brewed beer for athletes over 21 at the finish line.

Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA

The IPA Trail Runs features a 12K and a 5K course, each with scenic lake views on well-marked single track trails. Included for each runner is a custom TBF SweatVac running hat and some local craft brew after the race, plus hot post race food and awards three deep in each division.

Commemorative IPA Trail Run shirts, in soft cotton with men's and women's cuts, are available for $20 when pre-ordered before January 5th. 

Packet pick-up for the IPA Trail Runs will be available at the race site on race morning from 6:30 am to 8 am.

First place Overall Male and Female in the IPA Trail Run 5K and 12K will receive Overall Champion Awards. There will be awards three deep in each ten-year age group for both races. 

Race Day Schedule:

6:30 a.m  - Registration/Packet Pick up opens

7:00 Race announcements begin

IPA 12K starts at 8:00 a.m.  

IPA 5K starts at 8:05 a.m. 

Refund and Transfer Information

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.

Race for FREE Information

Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $50 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing [email protected] as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
