About This Race

The Shawn Giles Memorial 5k run / 1 mile fun walk is held in North East, PA, in honor of Volunteer Firefighter Shawn Giles, who died on August 20, 2023. Every mile completed and dollar raised supports the Shawn Giles Memorial Fund, created to continue his legacy of service. The Rusty Wheel Food Truck will have food for purchase.
