About This Race
Running Wild 5K Run & 3K Scavenger Hunt Walk takes place at St. Patrick's County Park in South Bend, Indiana, celebrating its 15th year. The chip-timed 5K runs through wooded trails, open fields, park roads, grass and gravel, with awards to the top three in each age category. The 3K Wacky Scavenger Hunt Walk follows similar relatively flat terrain, dogs are welcome on leash, and a post-race egg bake breakfast and door prizes follow. Proceeds benefit St. Joseph County Parks.

Awards
The top three male and female runners in each age category, plus top Overall and Overall Masters, receive a custom 2026 Running Wild medal and Bendix Woods County Park pure maple syrup.
