About This Race

Join us for the 12th Annual Run for Your Life, a Halloween-themed 5K and Kid's Run benefiting Help Center, Inc.'s 24/7 crisis and suicide prevention services. Help Center, Inc. has been here for our community for decades, offering hope, connection, and life-saving support.

This beloved community race raises awareness for suicide prevention, helps break the stigma around seeking mental health care, and inspires movement for the mind, body, and spirit. Choose the 5K along the scenic southside trail system and streets, the Kid's 1K Fun Run around the MSU Football Stadium, or our Virtual Run, any distance, anywhere.

Runners, walkers, rollers, strollers, and dogs are all welcome. Wear your best costume, bring your community spirit, and join us in making every step count toward hope.

Join us at the MSU Bobcat Stadium for a fun 5k through the southside trails and sidewalks. You may see some spooky characters along the way! This event will be TIMED. If you don't care about being timed, please sign up for the UNTIMED event. Strollers and dogs (on leash) are welcome.

This event will be UNTIMED. If you wish to be timed, please sign up for the TIMED event. By signing up for the untimed, you save us $3 per person for the cost of the timing chip. That means more money back to the Help Center!

ALL ages are welcome for this fun run around the MSU Football stadium. The finish line is through the Bobcat Football Head! Fun optional obstacle course for those that want a challenge, or take the regular route!

Join us for Run for Your Life from ANYWHERE! This event is for ALL AGES. You choose the distance and when and where to run/walk. You can even bike it! Pick anytime between Oct. 19-26 to participate, submit your time, and photos! You can choose to have your race packet shipped to you during check-out, or you can attend the packet pick up.
