About This Race
Join us for the Race to End Alz 5K race/walk on August 29th 2026!
The start and finish will be located at the Common Grounds at Rotary Park in Sayville (46 Gillette Ave, Sayville). We'll have a marked 5k loop with official timing by SRC Timing Services. All proceeds are directly donated to the MacDonell Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit benefiting Alzheimer's charities.
The race will start at 8:30 am, with early bib pick at Sayville Running Company's temporary location (35 Overton St. Sayville). Date and time to be determined.
Bibs can also be picked up the morning of the event at the race location.
Raffles
Every entry will come with one raffle ticket for a selection of raffle baskets/prizes on race day. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the race.
We are so excited we will have a GRAND PRIZE RAFFLE with a prize being an Airbnb stay in upstate NY. Tickets will be available for purchase on race day.
