About This Race

The 21st Annual Westport Island Shore Run is a 10K road race on a USATF-certified course in Westport Island, Maine. Runners travel through scenic pine and fir tree forests and over two causeways spanning inlets to Heal Cove and Montsweag Bay. A 3.5 mile Fun Walk starts earlier at 8:30 am. All proceeds after expenses benefit the Westport Island Volunteer Fire Department.
