About This Race
The Palm Springs Pride 5K Run & Walk kicks off Palm Springs Pride Weekend with a celebration of movement, visibility, and community. The fully paved out-and-back course covers 3.1 miles through the iconic Old Las Palmas and Vista Las Palmas neighborhoods, past midcentury homes and Hollywood history. Hosted by Palm Springs Front Runners & Walkers, the event fuels support for local LGBTQ+ organizations throughout the Coachella Valley. The race is capped at 1,200 participants.
Course & Race Day Details
Hydration Support
Water station with paper cups; volunteers help refill reusable bottles at the hydration station.
Awards
Awards include overall top male, female, and non-binary finishers, plus age group medals for top finishers across categories from Under 15 to 85+. Winners must be present.
Charity Beneficiary
Local LGBTQ+ organizations in the Coachella Valley (via Palm Springs Front Runners & Walkers)

Packet Pickup
Early packet pickup Friday, November 6, 12 PM to 4 PM at The LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert, 1301 N Palm Canyon Dr, Second Floor; race day pickup Saturday Nov 7, 6:45-7:45 AM at the race start area.
