About This Race
The Meatball Run is part of the Summerville Italian Feast, a cultural festival held in historic downtown Summerville, South Carolina. The run takes place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, the day before the festival. All proceeds benefit the Educational Foundation of Dorchester County District 2, supporting local teachers and students.
