About This Race

The Kansas City Zoo Run, "Run for the Hornbills," is the 23rd Annual run benefiting the Kansas City Zoo's Conservation efforts. It features a 4-Mile timed run/walk and a 1-Mile Family Fun Run, offered as both in-person and virtual events. Each year the run spotlights a new animal species, and in 2026 it features the hornbills.
