About This Race
Hoofin' it for Ag 5K is a community 5K held at the fairgrounds in Valparaiso, Indiana to raise funds for local agricultural education programs. The mostly flat scenic course winds through the fairgrounds, passing livestock barns, exhibit halls, and open fields. Proceeds support FFA and 4-H student leadership programs, classroom resources, and youth livestock and crop education initiatives. The timed race includes awards for top finishers, farm-fresh snacks, and a finish-line celebration.
