About This Race
FOOT IT FOR FELIX! Run (or Walk) for Wildlife.
Get moving for a good cause at Mass Audubon’s Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary! Run, walk, crawl, or slither through a one-of-a-kind 5 kilometer trail race set in the sanctuary’s stunning natural landscape. The course winds through scenic woodland paths, vibrant open fields, and sweeping coastal vistas, offering fresh inspiration at every turn.
Along the way, take in the sanctuary’s pine needle–lined trails, vibrant stretches of goldenrod, and sweeping views of Sengekontacket Pond and State Beach. Keep your eyes (and ears) open for wildlife, from prairie warblers and red-winged blackbirds to catbirds and towhees.
This year, we’re excited to once again offer a kids’ fun run/walk (approximately ¼ mile), perfect for young nature lovers eager to hit the trail.
Every step you take supports Felix Neck’s vital work in wildlife protection, environmental education, and conservation. Don’t miss this unforgettable opportunity to move through nature—and make a difference while you do.
