About This Race

The DPS Education Foundation Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day 5K Run/Walk and Children's Fun Run in Danville, Virginia, hosted by the Danville Public Schools Education Foundation in partnership with the Danville Otterbots and the Danville Running & Fitness Club. The event starts and ends at American Legion Field with the course along the Dan River on the Riverwalk Trail. All proceeds go toward programs, initiatives, and scholarships for DPS students and teachers.

Awards

Trophies and medals will be awarded. 5k run and walk categories: 0-14, 15-19, every 10 years up to 69, 70 and over.
