About This Race
- 8:00 AM start 5k
- 8:45 AM start for Kids' 1 Mile
- Awards for all the normal divisions in the 5k.
- 5k: $20 for GCRC Members, $22 for Non-Members (plus RunSignUp's fee)

- $25 for late registration the morning of the race.
- $15 for all children 12 and under (includes both distances)
- T-Shirts guaranteed only to pre registered participants.
- Drinks, food, fruit and snacks after the race.
- Runners will get free access to the pool after the race.
- USATF certified. Hilly out and back challenge.

Race walkers must follow USATF race walking guidelines.
"Race walking requires the competitor to maintain contact with the ground at all times and requires the leading leg to be straightened as the foot makes contact with the ground. It must remain straightened until the leg passes under the body."
