About This Race
The Damian Henning Suicide Prevention Annual 5k Run/1 Mile Walk takes place in Wakeman, Ohio, in memory of a 17-year-old whose life was lost to suicide. The event aims to bring suicide prevention education into community schools. All proceeds send interested students to Suicide Prevention Education Seminars. Trophies and gift cards are awarded to top finishers, with medals across many age groups.
