About This Race

The Brazos Bend 100 is the December edition of Trail Racing Over Texas's popular Brazos Bend races, with the marquee 100-mile event. The course is 99.9% flat and runs on crushed rock, hiking trails, and horse trails through Brazos Bend State Park south of Houston. The 100-mile distance is a Western States 100 lottery qualifier for sub-32 hour finishers. Distances include 100M, 100km, Marathon, and Half Marathon.

Cash prize purse for the 100 Mile: First Place Male & Female $800, Second $400, Third $200. Prizes for Top Overall and 10-year Age Category winners for all events in both Male and Female categories.

Ultra Pacer
All pacers must be registered. Pacers are not required, we will have over 300 ultra runners and tons of support, you will not be alone! 100 Mile runners may have a pacer on the final two (2) loops. 100 Kilometer runners may have a pacer for the final loop only. NO pacers in the marathon, or half marathon events. Pacer registration includes: Park Access, Trail Access, Parking, Shuttle, Expo Access, Pacer Bib, Aid Station Access/Support. A few important notes and instructions: - The pacer must be the one to register; the runner can not register on their behalf - If the runner purchases the pacer add-on a registration coupon code will be emailed - The pacer registration includes their park pass - Pacers can pick up their pacer bib at any of the packet pickups or the start line - Runners may pick up packets (runner, pacer, and extra park passes) on behalf of others by providing their QR code(s) - We will have additional event shirts and hoodies available to purchase for your pacers, family, and crew at the event - All crew, family, and friends are required to purchase a park pass from TROT (unless they are a registered participant, pacer, volunteer, or under 13). Wristbands can be picked up from the packet pickup/merchandise area. Show proof of purchase at the park entrance. Carpool: Please try and limit the number of vehicles entering the park; we are very limited on parking spaces Pacer Rules/Information: - You may only have one pacer at a time - 100 Mile runners may have a pacer on the final two (2) loops - 100 Kilometer runners may have a pacer for the final loop only - The main loop is ~16.7 miles; pacers may start/finish at the beginning of the loop or from 40 Acre (mile 3.1), Nature Center (mile 5.9), or Sawmill (mile 12.2), but pacer transportation is not provided outside of the normal parking shuttle option (does not go to Sawmill). It is recommended that pacers start/finish at the Elm Lake Pavilion.
