About This Race

The bg26.2 & half marathon and bg6000 starts and finishes at Bowling Green Ballpark in Bowling Green, Kentucky, running a 13.1 mile loop through historic downtown and the Western Kentucky University campus. It is a Boston Marathon qualifying, USATF Certified Course voted Best Marathon in Kentucky, with proceeds benefiting the National MS Society. The event also includes a 6k (bg6000) and a free bgKIDS fun run, with a 6 hour time limit.

bgKIDS (Saturday, October 31st - 4pm - BG Ballpark)
The bgKids fun run will take place Saturday November 2nd at Bowling Green Ballpark. Participants will run two laps around the concourse at Bowling Green Ballpark for a total distance of one kilometer. All participants will receive a finisher's medal and Mr B's Pizza.  Start time for the bgKids is 4:00 p.m. Central Time.
