About This Race
The Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Half Marathon and Fall 5K is a fundraiser for the Mount Desert Island YMCA held in Bar Harbor, Maine. The hilly half marathon course runs nine miles on the historic carriage roads of Acadia National Park, crossing old granite bridges through dense forest. It is one of only a couple of races held in Acadia National Park, and walkers are encouraged to participate.

Paper cups at all 6 water stations; participants encouraged to bring their own reusable cup or hydration pack as the event moves toward cupless.
