Race 4 (of 4) of the Legend Series

This is Race 4 of 4 races of the Legend Series. To be eligible for the series, you must have entered the series by the second race being the Ray Swan 8K on March 24 as the race series is scored on 3 races out of 4, hence you must be signed up for the series by the 2nd race out of 4.

YOU MUST BE ENTERED IN THE SERIES TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE SCORED AS PART OF THE SERIES. (Just doing each of the events does not make you eligible for the series).

Juniors: 16-19 years; Open: 20-39; Masters: 40-49; Seniors: 50-59; Veterans: 60-69; Senior Legends: 70+

Prizes:

• First Male & Female Adult Runner Overall


• First, Second & Third (Male & Female) in the various categories


• First, Second & Third Overall for Walkers (no distinction between sex)

Draw Prizes: All finishers eligible for draw prize (You must be present to be eligible for draw prizes)

**Walkers found running will be disqualified**

Route: 

Adult 5K **new for 2019** - Start at The Police Recreational Club(Flag Pole) , head out North, down the hill towards Cedarbridge Lane, Turn Left, Right onto Frog Lane , Right onto old Military Road, Middle Road, left onto Parsons Road, left onto Palmetto Road, Run down to Blackwatch Pass, turn around at the cone, Run Back along Palmetto Road, Around the round-a-bout at frog lane, Run up Frog Lane, left onto Cedarbridge Lane, Left onto the BFA Parking Lot.
