About This Race
The first annual Uff Da 5K Run/Walk is hosted by the Sons of Norway Abel Lodge in Conway, WA where we will celebrate Norwegian culture while raising money to preserve and modernize our 94 year-old building. Come join the fun with your family and friends as the Vikings cheer you on while you run or walk the course, and afterwards you can delight in some Scandinavian refreshments.
Check-in starts at 8 am, and the run/walk begins at 9:00 am. Park at or near the Port Authority Offices at 15400 Airport Drive, as our 5K begins on the trail system there.
When you register, you can order our official Uff Da 5k shirt, and we may have extra to purchase on the day of the event, too.
