About This Race
1st Annual City of Lancaster Track or Treat 5k Run/Walk
Join us for the ultimate community race experience starting and ending at the state-of-the-art Garrard County High School Stadium! Whether you are a competitive runner aiming for a personal record or a family looking for a fun morning walk, this event offers an unforgettable atmosphere for all fitness levels.
The Course
The Start: Feel the energy as you blast off directly from the high-tech GCHS stadium track.
The Route: Exit the stadium to tackle a fast, scenic, and rolling loop through the surrounding community roads.
The Finish: Return to the campus and enter the stadium gates to sprint across the official finish line while family and friends cheer you on.
Post-Race Celebration & Awards
Once you cross the finish line, celebrate your achievement inside the stadium! Grab some refreshments, enjoy the music, and stick around for the official awards ceremony. Top finishers across multiple age groups will be recognized right on the field to highlight our runners.
