Freedom From Seizures 5K South

Come out and join us on October 11th at 9:00 a.m. for our Freedom From Seizures 5K South in Dover, DE! 

Meet us at the The Greene Turtle Bar & Grille before the race, then come back for our post-race celebration and awards ceremony. 

Enjoy delicious food generously provide by The Greene Turtle and cold beer, seltzers and juice!

Registering for our Freedom From Seizures 5K South will help raise funds for essential support programs, raise awareness for and reduce stigma in epilepsy. For 60 years the Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware has been providing free services, trainings, and educational and support programs throughout the state. Your participation inspires and enables us to continue with our mission. 

Medals will be given to:

• Overall Male/Female 
• Overall Male/Female Masters
• Top 3 in each age group Male/Female  (9 and under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+)

*Overall and Masters - based off GUN TIME
*Age Groups - based off CHIP TIME

There will also be awards for the top individual fundraiser, top team fundraiser, and largest team!

Be sure to register by September 20, 2025 to be guaranteed a race shirt!
