Grow Lyman 5K

Join us on October 3rd for the Grow Lyman 5K and Wellness Market, a community event focused on health, wellness, and bringing people together.

The 5K race will wind through downtown Lyman, giving participants a chance to enjoy our beautiful town while challenging themselves to take another step toward better health. Runners will begin at 7:30 AM, followed by walkers at 7:45 AM. At 9:30 AM, children can participate in a fun ¼-mile race designed just for them.

Come join us if you’re a competitive runner, casual walker, first-time participant, or simply looking for a fun family activity- everyone is welcome. Dogs, strollers, and participants of all ages are encouraged to join the event. Awards will be presented in multiple age groups, along with a special award for a dog-and-human team.

All registered participants will receive an official race t-shirt.

Participants should plan to arrive 60–90 minutes before their race start time. This allows plenty of time to park, pick up race packets and bibs, use restroom facilities, and stretch before the starting line opens.

Beginning at 8:00 AM, the Lyman Wellness Market will open with local vendors, food trucks, wellness-focused businesses, family activities, and more. There’s something for everyone to enjoy.
