The Herbert Wells Ice Rink parking lot serves as the official event hub for the Let’s Grow Together 5K, including:

• Packet Pickup
• Same-Day Registration
• Sponsor Village
• Community Warm-Up
• Opening Ceremony
• Race Start Line
• Race Finish Line
• Post-Race Celebration

All participants should report directly to this location upon arrival.

Parking is available on-site, and event staff and volunteers will be present to assist participants throughout the morning.

EVENT SCHEDULE

• 7:00 AM — Packet Pickup & Same-Day Registration Opens
• 8:00 AM — Registration Closes
• 8:00 AM – 8:20 AM — Community Warm-Up, Stretching & Wellness Activation
• 8:20 AM — Welcome Ceremony, Sponsor Recognition & Race Instructions

GROWTH WAVES

To create a safe, enjoyable, and comfortable experience for all participants, the race will begin in three Growth Waves based on your preferred pace.

🌱 8:30 AM — Growth Wave 1 (Runners)

For participants aiming for their fastest time and competitive pace.

🌿 8:45 AM — Growth Wave 2 (Joggers)

For participants who enjoy a steady jogging pace and a balanced race experience.

🌳 9:00 AM — Growth Wave 3 (Walkers, Families & Community Participants)

Perfect for walkers, families with children, strollers, first-time participants, and anyone who wants to enjoy the experience at a relaxed pace.

No matter which wave you choose, every participant is part of the same movement, receives the same finisher medal, and contributes to the same mission of growing together.

COURSE INFORMATION

The course follows the scenic trails surrounding Lake Artemesia and offers beautiful waterfront views along a mostly flat, beginner-friendly route suitable for runners, joggers, and walkers alike.

El estacionamiento del Herbert Wells Ice Rink será el punto oficial de encuentro del evento y el lugar donde se llevarán a cabo todas las actividades principales del Let's Grow Together 5K, incluyendo:
