About This Race
Join us for the 15th Annual Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk to benefit The Beth-El Center in Milford. The Beth-El Center is a recognized leader in caring for and meeting the needs of the hungry and homeless, and strives to prevent and end homelessness.
All proceeds will be donated to The Beth-El Center.
Pricing Disclaimer:
Adults:
First 150 race registrations - $37 + $3.22 processing fee ($40.22 total).
After 150 race registrations - the cost increases to $40 + $3.63 processing fee ($43.63 total).
Youths: (under 18):
The cost to register for the race is $25.00 + $2.67 processing fee. ($27.67 total)
No refunds shall be provided to any runners or participants.

Please refer to our map. Our course was designed and measured for participants to stay on the left side, facing traffic, for safety.
Late Registration- All registrations must be done online from this website.
No cash registrations day of race.
REMEMBER- We give out prizes for the best costumes!
You’re not required to wear one, but many do and are eligible for awards!
EVENT SCHEDULE
Oct 11 - Last Day for Guaranteed Shirt Sizing.
Participants who register after Oct 11 may purchase a shirt on event day, subject to availability.
FRIDAY 10/30 - EARLY BIB, SHIRT & SWAG PICKUP- 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO JOIN US. Avoid the Saturday stress.
Pick up for others or have them pick up for you.
It takes place at the Beth-El Center, 90 New Haven Ave. Milford.
SATURDAY 10/31
7:30am Pre-registration bib, shirt, and swag pickup at Lisman Landing, Helwig St. Milford.
We are located just south of the end of the green, in the big lot next to the boatyard. Parking is available there and behind the restaurants just up the road (Archie Moore's). NO PARKING AT THE APARTMENTS ACROSS THE STREET. They will tow.
8:30am - FREE kids Halloween Dash. Ten & under only please
8:45am - Announcements, introductions, dignitaries
9:00am - START of the 5k run/walk. Snacks and fluids to follow.
9:45am - AWARDS DISTRIBUTION begins
NO FORMAL CEREMONY - ONLY THE OVERALL WINNERS AND COSTUME WINNERS WILL BE AWARDED AT THE PAVILION.
ALL Age group awards - will be distributed from a covered tent area near the finish line van.
Results will be available from this site, 'in the cloud', and as a printout at that table.
PLEASE STAY when you are done to check and see if you have won anything so we can hand it to you. We can not mail any awards if you leave.
AWARDS - First MALE AND FEMALE, and three deep in age groups 9 and under, 10-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59. 60-69, 70 and above Everyone who is registered and completes the 5k course is eligible for awards based on finish time- your bibs have computer chips that record your data.
PLEASE REMEMBER- use your bib only. Do not give away, exchange or use someone else's. This could ultimately affect the finish positions of everyone in the race including those in the same sex and age group of that bib. IN ADDITION, IT CAN DELAY EMERGENCY SERVICES and contacts. WE CAN fix a bib problem, exchange one for you if needed- BUT it MUST be done before the start either by our director or our timer- located at the finish line. Participants with someone else's bib will be disqualified and asked to leave.
THIS EVENT IS HELD IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS- unless stopped or delayed by the authority of the City and/or Police on duty.
