China Grove Rotary Fall Crawl 5K Run/Walk & Half-Mile Fun Run

5K Run/Walk & Half-Mile Fun Run - Rolling 5K Route through the Landis Ridge Industrial Park, Old Beatty Ford Rd, Landis.

Halloween costumes are welcome to add to the fun! 

Event proceeds will fund China Grove Rotary's youth initiatives in southern Rowan County including YMCA youth programs, youth sports, scholarships, Interact clubs, school projects and teacher grants.

Start: Runners set off from the starting line on Ridgeview Street.

Finish: Runners welcomed home at the Ridgeview Street start line. 

Fun Run for all ages prior to the 5K.

Awards will take place at the completion of the 5K.

5K Run/Walk  - $30 ($20 under age 18)

Half-Mile Fun Run -$30 ($20 under age 18) or ($10 – no t-shirt)             

Virtual 5K Run/Walk – Donation of $35  w T-shirt & Mailing

Packet Pickup: Race Day starting at 2 pm. 

Awards - 

·       Top 3 Overall

·       Top 3 in Each Age Group Male & Female in 5K

·       Top 3 – 8 or Under in Fun Run

Walkers are eligible for age group awards!

Age Groups: 9 & under, 10 – 14, 15 - 19, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, 70 - 99 

Do the DOUBLE!  This day (10-17-2026) is a rare Rowan County opportunity - the chance for anyone who wants to race two 5Ks in 1 Day! - the Race to the River 5K in Spencer in the morning and this race, the China Grove Rotary Fall Crawl 5K, in the late afternoon! The top 5 Male and top 5 Female runners with the overall FASTEST combined times for both races will receive special recognition and an award following the Fall Crawl 5K!  

T-shirts guaranteed to all runners and walkers in 5K & Fun Run except $10 Fun Run option. Late registration T-shirt pick-up time TBD. Virtual participants may pick up t-shirt or receive t-shirt via mail after the completion of the race.

Refreshments will be provided.

Onsite between Building 1A & 1B. Use the Armstrong Street entrance for parking.
