Colors of Courage 5k

Join Zuud26 Creative Collective for the Colors of Courage 5K on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Greater Rotary Park in Wilson, NC as we come together to support mental health and suicide awareness in our community.

This meaningful event is more than just a race — it’s an opportunity to raise awareness, encourage open conversations, and remind others that they are never alone. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, every participant helps bring visibility, hope, and support to those impacted by mental health challenges and suicide.

Participants are encouraged to wear bright colors in celebration of hope, resilience, and community. The event will welcome runners and walkers of all ages and experience levels, creating an uplifting and inclusive atmosphere for everyone involved. Together, we can take steps toward breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and showing the power of compassion, connection, and courage.
