About This Race
Join us for the Triple H 5k – Heart. Health. Hope., a community-centered run/walk designed to promote wellness, inspire hope, and bring people together.
ABOUT THE RACE
Triple H 5K, Heart, Health, and Hope, is a joint community initiative of ICHCare and Streams of Life Worship Center dedicated to building healthier, stronger, and more hopeful communities. This event brings together prevention-focused wellness, healthy living education, nutrition awareness, workforce development, and youth service leadership under one shared vision. By participating, supporters help advance a connected community mission that encourages healthier lifestyles, expands access to practical knowledge and support, and creates pathways for long-term community well-being.
At its core, Triple H 5K, promotes prevention. The event reflects the belief that communities are stronger when people have access to health education, early awareness, and practical support that help reduce preventable disease before it becomes a crisis. Through wellness outreach, nutrition awareness, and the momentum behind initiatives such as the Prevention Pantry concept, Triple H supports a vision of individuals and families who are better informed, better supported, and better equipped to make healthier choices for everyday life.
Triple H 5k also reflects a broader investment in the future of the community. Support generated through the event helps strengthen workforce development through ICHCare’s training efforts, including preparation of frontline caregivers who can serve families, seniors, and care settings across the community. It also supports the vision of ICHCare and Streams of Life Worship Center to develop a youth service leadership program that nurtures character formation, responsibility, confidence, resilience, independence, and a heart for serving others. In this way, Triple H is more than a race. It is a community-centered expression of health, hope, service, and opportunity in action.
