Pell City Rotary Club Jingle Bell 5K, 10K & Fun Run

Mark your calendars and plan to join us for the fourth annual Pell City Rotary Club Jingle Bell Run on Saturday, December 12, 2026, at Pell City's picturesque Lakeside Park. 

This year we are back with our 5K & 10K races along with a 1-mile Fun Run!  Both courses will repeat the 2025 courses and remain certified - Course Number AL25014JE. 

Remaining from last year are cash prizes for the top three finishers (details below), best dressed awards, medals for top finishers & SANTA CLAUSE!

New this year is our 12 Days of Christmas raffle prizes which will be awarded on our Facebook page starting December 1st.  Our GRAND PRIZE will be awarded the day of the race.  Your registration is your raffle ticket so sign up EARLY to increase your chances of winning!

Our Team Participation contest is also back...the team with the most registered participants will receive a donation to the organization or charity of their choice!  So grab your friends, family, or co-workers, and let’s make this event even more awesome!

Registration fee includes a race t-shirt, swag bag and post-race refreshments. 

Registrations must be submitted by November 30th in order to guarantee a t-shirt size and swag bag.

CASH AWARDS: 

5K - 1st place male / female = $300; 2nd place male / female $200; 3rd place male / female = $100

10K - 1st place male / female = $400; 2nd place male / female $300; 3rd place male / female = $200

MEDAL AWARDS: 5K / 10K - Top 3 male and female contestants in age groups 0-9; 10-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; & 70+

RACE DAY AGENDA: Saturday, December 12, 2026

7:00-7:45am - Registration and Packet Pickup 
8:00am - Opening ceremony and Start of 5K &10K Races
9:30am - 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk begins
10:00am - Awards Ceremony

Parking: Check back closer to the race for important parking details.

Post Race: Light refreshments and drinks will be available. Awards will be presented following the race. Come by and see Santa Claus from 8AM - 10:00AM!

Pets at the Race:  Bringing your furry friend along? Awesome! Just be sure to follow the Pell City Animal Ordinance and Lakeside Park Rules. All pets must stay on a leash, and don’t forget to clean up after them. Remember, you’re in charge of your pet’s actions, so let’s keep things fun and safe for everyone!

Strollers at the Race:  The course includes a mix of asphalt running paths, roadways, grass, and a wooden bridge, which might not be ideal for pushing a stroller. If you're participating with a stroller or children, we kindly ask that you keep your children with you at all times and start from the back of the starting line. This will help ensure a safer and more enjoyable race experience for everyone involved.

Bib Number Transfer and Cancellation Policy:  Registration fees are non-refundable, and unfortunately, transfers to another person are not permitted. Thank you for understanding. 

Note:  This event will take place rain or shine, whether it's warm or cold! In the unlikely case of extreme weather, we may need to cancel, but rest assured, your entry fee will be put to good use!
