13th Annual Sovereign State 5k Run/Walk

Who: All Runners and Walkers
What: Sovereign State 5K
When: July 18th, 2026 at 8:00 am (Saturday)
Where: Winneconne High School will be the start and the finish.  Parking available at the High School Parking Lot.  Race Map provided below  
Why:  Fundraiser for the Winneconne Cross Country Team
Registration Fee: $20 until July 4th then increased to $25
Registration: Registration is encouraged prior to the event for organization. Day of registration will take place from 7:00-7:30 am in the concession stand by the High School Track/Finish line of the 5k.
Awards: Awards will be given for each gender and age group. Awards will be announced after the completion of the race.  The concession stand
Race Divisions: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-60, and 60 and over

We are keeping the fee at 20 dollars without the T-shirts after the feedback from last year.  Most people responded they appreciate an affordable race and didn't mind not getting a T-shirt.  Please note there will NOT be refunds, but know that your money will be going towards a great cause-the Winneconne Cross Country team. 

Money raised from past 5k went to team shirts, awards, state shirts, state meals, and pizza at our awards banquet!!!!
