About This Race

Time: 7:40AM Kids Dash and 8:00AM 5K Run/Walk
Location: Mallard Lake Forest Preserve - Bloomingdale, IL
Great Course: Enjoy scenic wide paths of the Mallard Lake Forest Preserve, limestone, some asphalt, and chip time.
Kids 1/3 Mile Dash: Registered participants receive an awesome goody bag and ribbon to celebrate.
Cash Prizes: Awarded to the overall top two 5k male & female finishers. $100 1st & $75 2nd. If high school athlete, will give scholarship.
Medals:1st, 2nd & 3rd places in all 5K age categories 9 & under to 80 & over
