Get ready to move, sprint, cut, and level up your athletic game — this is the Speed & Agility Clinic built for youth who want to get faster, stronger, and have a blast doing it! Whether you’re brand new to sports or already an all‑around athlete, this clinic brings nonstop energy, fun challenges, and skills that translate to every sport. Each session packs in a full hour of action, featuring drills with cones, hurdles, and conditioning activities that boost your speed, sharpen your footwork, and help you change direction like a pro. You’ll push your limits, challenge your friends, and surprise yourself with how much you improve — all in a supportive, upbeat environment where effort and enthusiasm matter way more than experience.
No sports background needed — just show up ready to work hard, have fun, and get better every week! The clinic meets on Mondays from 5:00pm–6:00pm (Session 1) in Gym #2 at the Activity Center at Bohrer Park. The season runs from September 14th through October 26th. Grab your water bottle, lace up your sneakers, and get ready to train like an athlete — speed, agility, and fun start here!

(1) What to bring – Athletic clothing, tennis shoes, and water
(2) Activities – All participants are required to complete the easiest level before adding more progressive skills
