About This Race

The Rumpshaker 5K is a fun, family-friendly run held at Regions Field in Birmingham, AL, organized by the nonprofit Rumpshaker, Inc. Since 2009, the event has raised over a million dollars to promote awareness about colorectal cancer and fund efforts to fight and treat the disease. Proceeds provide hope and support for colorectal cancer survivors and those affected by it.
