About This Race

The St. Petersburg Distance Classic is a scenic February race along St. Pete's waterfront, historic neighborhoods, and shaded trails, starting at North Shore Park in downtown St. Pete. It offers a USATF-certified Marathon (a Boston Qualifier), Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and virtual options for runners and walkers of all levels. The marathon is the first 26.2-mile race staged entirely in St. Petersburg, with pacers provided by Beast Pacing for the marathon and half.
