About This Race

The Rocky Gap 25K, 50K, Relay Trail Run is an ultra-distance trail running event held on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at Rocky Gap State Park in Flintstone, MD. The course uses three different loops in the park, with the 25K running each loop once and the 50K running each loop twice. Solo runners and relay teams of 2 or 3 may enter both distances. The race is hosted by EX2 Adventures.

Hydration Support

Base camp aid station has water, soda and Gatorade; on-course aid stations stocked with water and Gatorade. Loop A has aid at ~mile 1 and 4.2, Loop B at ~mile 2, Loop C at ~mile 1 and 3.

Awards

Solo divisions by gender (female, male, non-binary) in age groups 19-under through 70-79; 2-person and 3-person relay divisions including masters.
