About This Race

The GenesisHR Battlegreen Run is an annual road race held in Lexington, MA each fall, organized by the Battlegreen Run Foundation, a 501(c)3 charity. Proceeds from the race and related fundraising fund a number of worthy local nonprofits in Lexington and surrounding communities. The 2025 event raised $150,000 for area nonprofits.
