About This Race

The New York Harriers Mile & Donut Relay is an annual competitive race hosted by the New York Harriers in New York City, inviting the running community and fellow New York teams to compete. It features a 1-mile track race run in multiple heats on the track at Riverbank State Park, plus a notorious 1-mile Donut Relay run in teams of four where each runner eats a donut before running a 400-meter lap. Awards are given to overall and age-group winners and to relay teams.
