About This Race

The Jam on the Coast 5K is the 7th annual race held at Frank Brown Park in Panama City Beach, Florida, in partnership with Gulf Coast Jam. The race begins and ends at the main entrance of the Gulf Coast Jam using Gayle's Trails and is limited to 450 runners. All runners receive a moisture wicking shirt and a finisher medal, and there is a one-hour time limit.
