About This Race

The Goleta Beach Splash & Dash is a swim-and-run event held at Goleta Beach Park. The combined event features a 400 meter swim (1 lap) and a 5K run (2 laps), with swim-only (800 meter) and run-only (5K) options also available. The 5K run is a two-loop course that begins and ends within Goleta Beach Park.
